this only happens when their are new posts up. When ever you dont see the red line and "new" nexto topic u can click. I noticed it too but its really not hard to scroll down.

or you can find your own hosting either way it would work out as (e.g) D2BM.COM with a IPB forum etc like D2War had, your choice of skins etc, and the $30 is average for the years hosting depending who you went with
